Senior Full Stack Developer - Laravel/Symfony

We are looking for a passionate Fullstack Developer to join our System Team, the technical backbone of Rise Up. You will be responsible for managing and implementing complex technical tasks in a stimulating environment that encourages growth and teamwork. Role and Responsibilities : - Designing, Implementing, Developing and Scaling major functionalities and User-facing features. - Own the full cycle development (applying the best practices of the tech team: coding style, clean code, documentation, tests, code review). - Actively participate in company scrum rituals/ceremonies. - Share information with the Lead Developer and Product Owner (delays, issues). - Develop and maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of the product. - Regularly interact with clients to understand and address their technical needs effectively. Key Requirements for this Role : - A minimum of 5 years experience as a fullstack developer with PHP development on a production application: Laravel or Symfony. - 5 years of experience with at least one modern Javascript Framework: Vue.js, React, Angular or Svelte. - 3 years of experience in SQL (writing and optimizing queries) is mandatory. - Prior knowledge working with ORMs such as Doctrine or Eloquent is mandatory. - Prior experience in Infrastructures (CI/CD and DevOps) is mandatory. - Prior Experience in a product-based SAAS B2B environment is highly desirable. - Should be a critical thinker by challenging product team specifications, architecture design etc. - Ability to solve problems in a simple, neat and organized way. - Should have excellent communication skills, be a Self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner.
