Relevant experience : 8 Years Job Description : The Application Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using NodeJs and Angular. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure applications that meet our business objectives. Your role will involve both backend and frontend development, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our applications. You will lead a team of Application Engineers, and will also work on System Architecture Design, Microservices architecture, and will also be responsible for Web App performance, security, etc. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain responsive, robust and scalable web applications using NodeJs and Angular. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define application requirements and user stories. - Lead a team of Application Engineers to build quality products. - Design the system architecture, microservices architecture, algorithms. - Ensure that the developed products are performant, scalable and secure. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. - Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance application functionality. - Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in application development. - Create and maintain technical documentation for application features and processes. - Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues as needed. Candidate Profile : - BE / B.Tech / BCA / MCA equitant qualification. - Proven experience as an Application Engineer or in a similar role. - Strong proficiency in NodeJs and Angular. - Hands on experience with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript. - Practical experience using Bootstrap and CSS to create responsive designs. - Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, or PostgreSQL. - Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. - Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Oracle Cloud, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Understanding of microservices architecture and best practices.
