Job Title : Microsoft Power Platform Developer. Location : Remote. Experience : 3-5 Years. About Role : We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team and help us drive business solutions through innovative applications. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency. - Create and manage workflows using Power Automate to automate business processes and improve productivity. - Develop custom applications with Power Apps, ensuring a user-friendly experience and seamless integration with existing systems. - Analyze and visualize data using Power BI to provide actionable insights and support decision-making. - Optimize and maintain existing Power Platform solutions for performance and user experience. - Provide training and support to end-users on Power Platform functionalities and best practices. - Stay updated on the latest features and updates within the Power Platform ecosystem. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). - Strong understanding of data integration techniques and experience with common data sources (i.e., SQL Server, SharePoint, Excel). - Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports using Power BI. - Familiarity with custom development using Power Apps and integrating APIs. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. - Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform (i.e., Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Apps Developer). - Experience with Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint and Dynamics 365. - Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
