About the Job : - We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript. - You will work collaboratively with various teams within Product Engineering to develop processes and tools for software validation. - Your role will involve using frameworks like Django and Flask, as well as modern front-end technologies such as ReactJS. - An automotive background is preferred, and you will also interact with external technical support teams and application engineers. What You'll Do : - Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python frameworks (Django, Flask) and front-end technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS). - Implement test-driven development techniques, including BDD using Gherkin syntax. - Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Software Product Owners, and Development Teams to enhance software validation processes. - Participate in continuous integration and deployment practices using Git and CI/CD tools. - Analyze and implement customer requirements effectively, ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Debug and resolve software issues, working both independently and as part of a team. - Contribute to Agile/Scrum practices and improve team dynamics through effective communication and collaboration. What We're Looking For : - 6 years of software development experience with proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript. - Strong understanding of industry-standard design patterns. - Experience with test-driven development methodologies, particularly BDD and Gherkin. - Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools, including source code management using Git. - Ability to work effectively as a team player with strong interpersonal skills. - Exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile and V-Model methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence. - Experience with Ubuntu/Linux operating systems for cloud server applications. - Immediate or 30-day joiners only (ref:hirist.tech)
