StaidLogic - Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Role : QA Automation Engineer. Location : Offshore (Remote). Role Description : This is a contract remote role for a QA Automation Engineer with 6 years of experience. The QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for quality assurance, creating and executing test cases, performing manual and software testing, and implementing QA automation strategies to ensure product quality and reliability. - 5 8 years of experience in selenium web driver automation and functional testing. - Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver in Java. - Develop and maintain test automation frameworks (i.e. TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber) to enhance reusability and maintainability. - Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI. - Design, implement, and maintain a Cucumber-based BDD test framework that integrates with Selenium WebDriver. - Create and manage feature files and step definitions in Gherkin syntax, enabling the automation of acceptance tests. Qualifications : - Quality Assurance, Test Cases, and Manual Testing skills. - Experience in Software Testing and QA Automation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or Ruby. - Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium or Appium. - Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
