About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Developer with extensive experience in React and a strong background in UI development. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Node.js and excellent problem-solving skills. As a Senior UI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Responsibilities : - Develop, test, and maintain high-quality user interfaces using React. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver features and enhancements. - Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications function well on various devices and screen sizes. - Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner. - Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain modern and competitive. - Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team. - Develop and maintain reusable libraries and components. - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Requirements : - Experience : 5-10 years in UI development with a strong focus on React. Technical Skills : - Proficient in React.js, including state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.). - Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices. - Experience with Node.js and its ecosystem. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. - Knowledge of build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and package managers like npm or Yarn. - Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git). - Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, Playwright). Soft Skills : - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
