Data Scientist - Machine Learning

Salary : 10-35 LPA Job Summary : We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learning, with the ability to work on large data sets to derive actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build models, develop algorithms, and enhance the company's data infrastructure. Key Responsibilities : - Analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data to uncover trends and insights that can drive business decisions. - Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) for predictive and prescriptive analysis. - Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ensure data quality. - Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and prepare reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib). - Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to assess the impact of business changes. - Work closely with stakeholders to define business problems and develop solutions using data science methodologies. - Optimize and fine-tune models for performance and scalability. - Stay up to date with the latest techniques in data science and machine learning and apply them to business challenges. - Present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders and executives in an understandable format. - Support ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven recommendations.
