Web UX Designer - User-Centered Design

Job Summary : As a Web UX Designer at Intelliassist, you will be responsible for creating engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly web designs. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to bring ideas to life and ensure that our users have a seamless online experience. Your work will directly impact the way users interact with our website, shaping its overall user experience and enhancing engagement. Key Responsibilities : - Design User-Centered Web Experiences : Conceptualize and design user-friendly web interfaces that are responsive, visually appealing, and optimized for usability. - Conduct User Research : Perform user research, create personas, and develop user journey maps to understand the needs and pain points of our target audience. - Wireframing & Prototyping : Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design mockups to illustrate and iterate on user flows and web page layouts. - Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with developers, product managers, and content strategists to implement your designs and ensure they function as intended. - Usability Testing & Feedback Integration : Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate designs to continuously improve the user experience. - Adopt a Mobile-First Approach : Ensure all designs are mobile-responsive and optimized for multiple devices and screen sizes. - Stay Updated on Trends : Keep up with the latest UX design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are current and effective. - Create and Maintain Design Systems : Establish and maintain UI/UX standards, design systems, and style guides to ensure design consistency across web projects. Key Qualifications : - Education : Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Technical Skills : - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. - Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript principles for better collaboration with developers. - Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices. Portfolio : An online portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work, particularly for web projects, is required. Soft Skills : Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to give and receive constructive feedback, and a keen attention to detail. Problem-Solving : A passion for solving complex UX problems through innovative, user-centered design : - Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG). - Knowledge of SEO best practices as they relate to web design.
