About the team : It's an amazing opportunity to join a Talented team of innovative and committed folks doing interesting work at the world's largest global provider dedicated to financial technology solutions What you will be doing : - Responsible for all aspects of assigned technical projects and for maintaining Client Relationship. - Projects may be focused on development of new or upgraded products and services, internal information system-specific projects that may involve development or enhancement of internal applications, technology integration and/or infrastructure environment build-out, delivery by service teams for outsourced solutions to external clients or delivery of new or enhanced products and/or services to improve customer satisfaction through use of technology. What you bring : - Overall 5 Years' experience in development role on Oracle CPQ platform. - Experienced on CRM/CPQ applications platform and can work as a technical consultant on Oracle CPQ/ Custom CPQ & Dynamics CRM experience is good to have. - Fully understanding the recommended designs and collaborating with the solution engineers to understand the business process flows. - Ensure performing the Oracle CPQ development on the user stories assigned in sprint and submitting it to testers on time. - Work collaboratively with development team to understand business process flow and ensure to deliver the CPQ projects on time. - Active speaker on daily standups and raise the alarm if see any risk or challenge. - 100 % availability (Can be on standby) during the monthly PROD release. - Identifying the root cause of the defects logged business based on priority. - Ensure creating a testing scenarios sheet for integrated applications that can be used for the PROD release. - Takes proactive measures to ensure optimal application and system performance and works with CRM Systems Architect to address any performance issues. - Coordinates with ERP Business analysts and/or other internal professionals to define detailed requirements, analyze business needs, validate solutions with clients, and translate into configuration and/or customization technical design along with development team. - Provides new and innovative alternative ideas for CPQ system and application challenges. - Good Knowledge on BML and OOB configuration on Oracle CPQ platform. - Analyzes user requirements to determine CPQ systems configuration and/or customization, evaluates business need for system customizations - Analyzes systems specifications and uses the latest analysis tools to represent business/ processes in a system solution. - Should be open to stretch into multiple areas and should be aspirational to learn new platforms. - Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management and time management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to interact effectively with executive level clients - Ability to understand, apply and explain concepts - Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools - Required bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, Commerce, Arts or other related discipline.
