Lead SAP BW Developer

Total years of Experience : 7 years. Start Date : Immediate Joiners only preferred. Communication : Must be excellent. Requirements : Qualifications : Experience : - Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP BW development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. - Extensive experience with SAP BW on HANA or SAP BW/4HANA. - Hands-on expertise in developing data models, ETL processes, and SAP BW reporting. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA Studio, and ABAP for BW. - Strong knowledge of SAP BW data modeling, extraction, and transformation techniques. - Experience with SAP BEx, SAP Analysis for Office, and integration with third-party BI tools. - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Analytics Cloud. Soft Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Ability to lead a team, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications : - SAP BW certification or related certification. - Experience with SAP BW/4HANA migration projects. - Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines for SAP BW.
