Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - Automation Testing

Job Description : Location : Bangalore/Hybrid Model. (Female candidates only.) Basic Qualifications : - 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role with a track record of successfully leading QA projects. - 3 years of hands-on experience in automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, playwright or similar frameworks, with a proven ability to implement and scale automation strategies. - Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with a focus on both functional and non-functional testing. - Proven problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to diagnose complex issues and implement effective, sustainable solutions. - Extensive experience in cross-browser and mobile testing, utilizing cloud-based platforms like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs for comprehensive coverage. Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus. - Extensive experience with full-stack testing, including expertise in front-end, back-end, APIs, databases, and mobile platforms. - Experience with tools like Postman for API testing or JMeter for performance testing is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of DevOps practices, with hands-on experience in integrating QA processes within CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. - Demonstrated ability to innovate and introduce new tools or processes that enhance QA efficiency and effectiveness. - Experience in a fast-paced, agile development environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. - Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git, with experience integrating automated tests into the development lifecycle. - Experience in leading and mentoring QA teams, with a strong focus on developing junior talent and fostering a collaborative team culture.
