Litmus7 - L3 Support Engineer - Java Applications

Job Description : - 4 years of experience in supporting Java based web applications in production. - Prior experience with Retail eCommerce platform will be an added advantage - Good to have application and database debugging experience. - Should have an L3 mindset with curiosity to analyze and troubleshoot issues based on monitoring of application logs and database - Experience in scripting languages like python, shell etc would be a good to have to create backend jobs for automating any issue fixes - Strong experience with various monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, New Relic etc. - Experienced with Apache/Tomcat web servers and JBoss application server (v 6.x). - Detailed knowledge of relational databases (Oracle) and SQL queries. - Strong communication skills. - Must be willing to work on night shifts.
