Role Overview : We are looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead who is passionate about technology and possesses a strong background in full-stack development. In this role, you will be leading a team of developers, designing and implementing scalable solutions, and driving the technical vision of the projects. The ideal candidate is skilled in both front-end and back-end technologies, experienced with cloud services, and capable of leading teams to deliver quality software on time. Location : Bangalore Mode : Hybrid Key Responsibilities : - Lead the development and design of end-to-end solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and drive projects to completion. - Mentor and guide a team of developers in adopting best practices, including code quality, testing, and DevOps processes. - Review code and provide feedback to improve overall code quality. - Conduct technical feasibility assessments and help refine project requirements. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and ensure high-quality deliverables. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate new technologies into the tech stack as needed. - Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
