Job Description. Job Title : Senior Tableau Developer. Experience : 8 years. Location : PAN India (Remote). Work Mode : Contract. Working Hours : IST. Interviews : 1 Technical 1 Client Round. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau reports, ensuring high levels of scalability, performance, and usability. - Utilize Tableau Desktop for report creation and Tableau Server for report management and distribution. - Apply data visualization techniques to present insights in a clear, impactful manner. - Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide customized Tableau solutions. - Participate in Agile development, contributing to sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. - Maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and support resources. - Lead process improvements for data visualization strategies and reporting frameworks. - Clearly communicate complex data insights to stakeholders and mentor junior team members to foster collaboration and productivity. Qualifications : - 10 years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server, with a deep understanding of Tableau's architecture, performance optimization, and dashboard development best practices. - Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases. - Expertise in data visualization principles and ability to create insightful, action-oriented reports. - Experience in Agile development teams; Tableau Certification is preferred. - Familiarity with working practices such as Automation, DevOps, Value-driven development, and Continuous improvement. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights effectively to stakeholders. - Proven leadership experience in managing change initiatives and guiding teams through transformation projects.
