GENERAL JOB SUMMARY : We are looking for a talented Senior Engineer to play a key role in designing and developing scalable, cloud-based applications. This position requires strong expertise in both frontend (React JS) and backend (C#) technologies, with hands-on experience in Azure services, Kubernetes, and containerized environments. As a Senior Engineer, you will contribute to the development of high-performance systems, integrate third-party tools like Cleo and Framework EDI, and ensure secure data transactions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain coding standards, and provide technical guidance to junior developers. This role also emphasizes continuous learning and improvement, as you contribute to the team's success through your technical skills and innovative solutions. Scope : We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, working with cutting-edge cloud technologies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a range of applications that ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability. Full-Stack Development : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using React JS on the frontend and C# on the backend. - Ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend services for optimal user experience and system functionality. Cloud-Based Architecture : - Implement and maintain applications using Azure Files for storage, Azure Service Bus for messaging, and Azure SQL Elastic Pool Databases for data management. - Participate in the transition of backend services from Windows VMs to Kubernetes-based containers, optimizing for scalability and performance. Service Optimization : - Continuously monitor and improve the performance of backend services, leveraging cloud technologies to enhance reliability and reduce downtime. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment pipelines and automate infrastructure tasks where possible. Integration with Third-Party Tools : - Implement secure communications and data transfers using Cleo for EDI file exchanges and ensure proper parsing using Framework EDI. - Manage data workflows and ensure compliance with security and industry standards for secure communication protocols. Code Quality and Best Practices : - Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control policies, and code review practices to maintain high-quality software. - Troubleshoot and debug complex systems, providing root-cause analysis and recommending improvements for long-term stability. Collaboration and Communication : - Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to gather requirements and define technical solutions that align with business goals. - Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to contribute to team success and project transparency. Continuous Improvement and Learning : - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web development, cloud services, and containerization technologies. - Contribute to the development of best practices within the team by sharing knowledge, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. Project Ownership : - Take ownership of full lifecycle development, from initial design and architecture to deployment and ongoing maintenance. - Ensure timely delivery of features and bug fixes, consistently meeting project deadlines and objectives.
