Job Description
Job Title : SailPoint IIQ Developer Location : Bengaluru/Pune/Hyderabad Job Type : Full Time Company : MNC (Direct) Exp : 5 years Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IIQ Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SailPoint Identity IQ solutions to enhance our identity governance and administration processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of identity management solutions. Key Responsibilities : Development and Implementation : - Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IIQ applications and workflows to meet business requirements. - Customize SailPoint IdentityIQ features, including connectors, identity profiles, and access certifications. Integration : - Integrate SailPoint IIQ with various systems and applications using connectors, APIs, and other integration methods. - Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Configuration and Maintenance : - Configure SailPoint IdentityIQ to align with organizational policies and compliance requirements. - Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of the SailPoint environment to ensure optimal performance. Testing and Debugging : - Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality of the implemented solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint IIQ functionalities and integrations. Documentation : - Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and user guides. - Document all changes, enhancements, and configurations in compliance with change management processes. Monitoring and Reporting : - Monitor the performance of the SailPoint Identity IQ solution and generate reports on identity governance metrics. - Analyze data and provide insights for continuous improvement of identity management processes. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a SailPoint IIQ Developer, with a strong understanding of identity and access management concepts. - Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, and other programming languages relevant to SailPoint development. - Experience with SailPoint IIQ features, including identity modeling, policy enforcement, and access certification. - Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, and database management systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications : - SailPoint Identity IQ certification. - Experience in Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR). (ref:hirist.tech)
