Salesforce Test Engineer - Manual/Functional Testing

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tester with solid experience in testing Salesforce applications and SOQL query writing. The candidate will be responsible for creating and executing test cases, debugging Salesforce-related issues, and ensuring the overall quality of the Salesforce platform by leveraging SOQL for data validation and reporting. As a Salesforce QA you must have effective communication skills to share testing knowledge and test strategy and influence positive quality results among other test teams. You should have experience in planning, preparing, and executing functional, integration and user acceptance testing including end-to-end test scenarios across multiple systems and batch processes. Role & Responsibilities : - Experience in Salesforce Functional Manual Testing (Marketing/ Sales/ Service clouds). - Excellent manual testing skills (System Testing, Integration Testing, Acceptance Testing) - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. - Identify, document, and track defects and issues. - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Use testing tools and frameworks to automate test cases. - Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes. Optional skills : - TOSCA test automation knowledge and experience - Ability to develop and maintain test cases in TOSCA. - Experience in API testing (using tools like SoapUI, Postman, Swagger) Soft Skills : - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Team player : able to work closely together with developers in an agile team. - Organizational and time management skills Highly preferred skills : - Results driven with good interpersonal and communication skills. - High degree of independence with collaboration ability (individual contributor & team player) - Good customer orientation with focus on providing solutions. Good to have Skills : - Automotive domain knowledge in after sales process - Experience in testing or working with Salesforce or other CRM applications. - Experience in working agile (SAFe, Scrum) - Experience in using Jira as Test Management tool.
