Java Backend Developer - Spring/Hibernate

Key Responsibilities : - Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. - Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Java-based applications. - Ensure applications meet performance and scalability requirements, especially for high-volume and low-latency scenarios. - Develop and optimize RESTful APIs for efficient data exchange and integration with frontend applications. - Implement data access and persistence layers using technologies like JDBC, Hibernate, or Spring Data JPA. - Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards. - Analyze user requirements to accurately define system features and functionality. - Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during development, testing, or deployment. - Troubleshoot and debug complex problems to ensure application stability and performance. - Create clear and concise technical documentation, including design documents, API specifications, and user manuals. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, database administrators, and QA engineers. - Propose and implement improvements to the Java infrastructure, such as upgrading frameworks, libraries, or tools. - Contribute to DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing. - Monitor application performance and take proactive measures to optimize and maintain system health.
