SAP MDG Consultant

Job Location : Mumbai. Job Type : Full time : Experience : 8 Years. Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Configure and maintain customer, vendor, finance, and product/material master data in MDG. - Ensure data harmonization, de-duplication, and mass changes within the system. - Implement data replication processes using key/value mapping, SOA web services, and ALE/IDoc. - Design, develop, and configure complex workflows using the Graphical Workflow Builder and constructors. - Implement event management strategies, including status management, change documents, and business transaction events. Leverage BRF for application development and integration with workflows. - Ensure optimal workflow configuration to streamline business processes. - Implement robust security measures within the SAP Workflow environment. - Understand and apply extended notification concepts. - Administer and troubleshoot workflows in large-scale production environments. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain data governance standards. - Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies. - Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the MDM space, including generative AI. - Identify and resolve complex data quality issues and system performance bottlenecks. - Proactively seek opportunities to improve data processes and enhance system efficiency. - Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement. Required Skills and Experience : - Proven experience in SAP MDG configuration and implementation. - Strong understanding of SAP master data concepts and data governance principles. - Proficiency in SAP Workflow, BRF, and SAP Security. - Experience with data replication techniques (key/value mapping, SOA web services, ALE/IDoc). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
