Preferred : Note - Do not shortlist profiles where a job switch is seen every year Sample Profile & Responsibilities : - Design and develop new Loan Origination System / Loan Management System - Experience in the Fintech, lending, accounting and/or enterprise software - Build API-driven platforms and successful integrations with third-party systems - Build, lead, develop and coach teams of top technical talent. - Build scalable and reliable technology solutions at a rapid pace. - Collaborate with product team and build a commercially successful product. - Be responsible to recruit & lead a team of highly skilled software engineers and provide strong hands on engineering leadership. - In addition, architect and lead the engineering design and development for building in-house products. - Drive agility in execution, create a strong team culture of responsiveness by leading by example and own decision making around prioritization for better predictability. Ideal Candidate : - B.E/B.Tech or any other similar qualification with experience as a tech leader and people manager for at least 9 years - Experience of managing teams and delivering high-quality projects on time - Experience with building, developing and coaching teams of best technical talent in the Industry - Experience with managing diverse teams and delivering high-quality projects on time - Deep understanding of technology and architecture in a highly scalable and available setup - Experience with new open source technologies and their adoption into product development etc. (ref:hirist.tech)
