Summary To complete the Reservation Team we are looking for a Reservation Supervisor for the 2025 season. The Reservations Supervisor is responsible for providing travel information, itineraries and prices, handling customer complaints or concerns, advising customers on travel terms and conditions, making reservations, and sending confirmation notices. Collaborates with the Revenue Manager and the Sales & Marketing Manager. He/She assists the sales team in setting rates, maintains internal reservation systems, forecasts revenue streams, and manages his team effectively.
