Job Description We are looking for a candidate to be placed as Controlling Specialist Intern in our Financial Controlling Department in Milan . The resource will support the team in the following activities: Support in the supervision of business data and administrative processes Provide costs analysis and other key performance indicators to the board of management, to support decision-making process Support the definition and monitoring of external suppliers’ contracts Control General Ledger and Analytical Accounting, identifying deviations and measures Support on the updating and implementation of Controlling & Administrative processes and procedures Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in Economics / Finance and Controlling or equivalent with outstanding scores. Knowledge of Italian TAX requirements and Transfer Pricing policies, Commercial / Contract Law are prerequisite in addition to General Ledger and Analytical Accounting. Experience and know-how: Preferably 6 months of experience in controlling or accounting firms. Working Method: Good familiarity with the Office package, notably Excel and SAP modules. Personality: Strong motivation, tenacity and reliability, result orientation, analytical skills, flexibility, spirit of initiative, autonomy and good interpersonal / communication skills.
