Personal Assistant - Construction
The Company:
We are currently seeking a PA to the MD to join a leading company in the luxury interior design, fit out, and construction industry. With over 25 years of experience, our client has a strong reputation for delivering exceptional luxury interiors and complete turnkey operations for prime residential, retail, and commercial environments. This is an exciting opportunity to work with notable corporate clients and discerning private individuals. Our client also acts as a main contractor, overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing and coordinating their schedule, travel arrangements, and meetings.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the Managing Director's office with professionalism and diplomacy.
* Prepare detailed reports and professional correspondence on behalf of the MD and ensure their timely delivery to relevant parties.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, adhering to strict confidentiality agreements and data protection regulations.
* Work closely with the MD on prestigious projects for discerning private individuals, world-renowned retail stores, and internationally elite private clients, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with all parties involved.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments to streamline communication and ensure the timely execution of tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a PA or executive assistant, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of high-level administrative support.
* Background in the construction industry is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and principles.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective interaction with individuals at all levels of the organisation and external partners.
* Proficiency in MS Office and calendar management tools, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing accurate and polished deliverables.
