Are you an experienced Summit Content and Operations Manager with a solid background in B2B Conference Production (80%) and Operations (20%)?

Do you bring 5-7 years of expertise in shaping conference content and coordinating successful events? If so, we have a unique opportunity for you!

A renowned Training and Summit organiser based in Bristol/South West is looking for a skilled Summit Content and Operations Manager to manage their B2B Summits portfolio, focusing on EMEA and USA markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Speaker Engagement: Collaborate with instructors, advisory boards, the marketing team, and thought leadership to create impactful conference content and secure high-profile speakers.
Topic Generation & New Summit Launches: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, developing cutting-edge topics and launching summits that resonate with key audiences.
Networking & Speaker Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and build relationships with industry experts and speakers to ensure summit success.
Event Operations & Logistics: Oversee summit setup and execution, ensuring smooth event operations on the day.

Key Qualifications:
5-7 years’ experience in B2B Conferences or Summit Content Production with some operational experience. Candidates from an Association background with commercial event expertise are also welcome.
Strong ability to research industry trends and create engaging, relevant content for diverse audiences.
Willingness to travel internationally (40%) across EMEA and USA markets.
