Position: Remote BMS Engineer
Contract: Permanent/Full Time
Location: UK-based, Remote
Salary: £35,000 - £48,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Role Overview:
As a Remote BMS Engineer, you will be responsible for performing remote planned preventative maintenance (PPM), responding to remote callouts, reading engineers' reports, and providing quotes for remedial work. You will work closely with a dynamic team and support clients across the UK, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of BMS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct remote PPM for various BMS systems, ensuring optimal system functionality.
Respond to remote callouts, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
Review engineers' reports and identify any potential problems or areas requiring attention.
Prepare and issue accurate quotes for remedial work based on assessment of issues and client requirements.
Provide remote support to engineers and clients, ensuring a high level of service.
Requirements:
Proven experience working with Trend and Tridium BMS systems.
Strong knowledge of BMS hardware, fault-finding, and troubleshooting.
Previous experience with remote BMS support, including PPMs and callouts.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong attention to detail.
