What the job involves

• Assisting in the provision of support and empowerment to service users to help them plan and achieve their personal and health goals.


• Collaborating with level 2 community support workers and assisting in person-centered plans and individual support programs.


• Providing practical assistance and support tailored to the needs of service users, including helping with medication and maintaining records.


• Acting as an advocate for service users and participating in meetings to improve and implement activities.


• Engaging in personal and professional development through training and supervision.


• Contributing to creating a safe working environment for all through compliance with health and safety policies.


• Ensuring adherence to the company's data management and safeguarding policies.


• Undertaking duties across various service areas if required to ensure effective service delivery.
