Job Description

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role within a thriving Property Investor? My Client are looking for a talented Portfolio Manager to join the team and help provide senior debt to property developers nationwide. This hybrid role offers a blend of project management and ongoing deal management, with opportunities to assist with Management Information and Reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Manage Deals: From Investment Committee approval to completion.
  • Operational Support: Assist Directors and Partners on various deals.
  • Supplier Management: Oversee valuers, monitoring surveyors, and solicitors.
  • Primary Contact: Be the go-to person for borrowers throughout the loan lifecycle.
  • Liaison: Handle information requests, drawdown requests, and sales updates.
  • Internal Payments: Manage payments within the team.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Portfolio Reporting and Finance Teams.
  • Process Management: Ensure transparency and track deal progress.
  • Facility Amendments: Manage amendments and extensions.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits and borrower meetings as needed.
  • Mentorship: Train and mentor junior team members.


They are seeking a candidate with excellent attention to detail, proven experience in stakeholder and project management, and a self-starter attitude with a desire to learn.


The ideal candidate will have a background in residential property development lending, familiarity with related legal matters and due diligence, and a strong sense of ownership and task completion.
