Role: Workshop Engineer
Salary: £30k - £35k + benefits private healthcare and a pension scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday - no shifts
Location: Milton Keynes

Embrace Associates is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Workshop Engineer to join our client’s team in Milton Keynes. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and functionality of machinery through pre-delivery inspections, upgrades, and support within their test facility. The successful candidate will be expected to conduct thorough machine inspections, demonstrate capabilities to customers, and efficiently resolve any faults that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete Pre-Delivery Inspections and return check-in/function tests.
Fault finding and performing corrective actions.
Conduct attachment checks to ensure proper fitting and functionality.
Demonstrate machine functionality and capabilities for customer showcases.
Maintain accurate and timely records of all work undertaken.
Provide engineering support for the technical team.
Comply with industry and company Health & Safety and Environmental requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Formal technical qualification or apprenticeship.
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Energetic with strong problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and able to work both independently and within a team.
