Approach Personnel are pleased to be working with our Facilities Management client to recruit a Maintenance Engineer for their contracts in Stirling, Scotland.
Day to DayThis role involves carrying out the following duties on commercial and retail properties.

• Driving to client sites to inspect and carry out works
• Carrying out repairs and maintenance works on plumbing, joinery, and any other building issues
• Inspecting problems and working out effective remediation solutions
• Taking health and safety into consideration at all times, and ensuring all completed works are in line with Health and Safety legislation and requirements
• Liaising with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Providing detailed reports on issues and planned/carried out corrections

About You

• Proven experience in the either same or a similar role
• A qualification in either Joinery or Plumbing
• Full UK Driving License
• Willingness to travel for work

Package

• Between £33,000 - £35,000 per year
• Company Vehicle and Fuel Card
• Monday to Friday Work Schedule
• Overtime Available
• On Call Working Hours Available
