Salary £55,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
Location Spalding - This is a remote role with travel to Spalding to meet business needs
Monday - Friday 8.30 - 17.00

Working within the Infrastructure domain with global responsibility, this role is key to ensuring our networks and data centres are aligned the dynamic requirements of the business.

We supply meals, salads, desserts, pizza and bread to leading grocery retailers including Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury's and Waitrose, and also have operations internationally in the US and China.

About the role.
- Team Management: Support and develop individuals and team members in the UK and US, set clear goals, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative environment where everyone works together.
- Product Management: Own the full product lifecycle, from concept to retirement. Develop product propositions, prioritise requirements, and maintain the product roadmap.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and customers, gathering feedback to improve products and inform strategic decisions.
- Supplier Management: Monitor supplier performance, implement improvements, and leverage supplier expertise for product development.
- Change Management: Identify business opportunities, conduct cost/benefit analysis, and prepare business cases for complex changes.
- Problem Solving & Analysis: Support Service Delivery colleagues in diagnosing business issues, conduct cost/benefit analyses, and support business case development.
About you.
- Expert in Hosting and Identity product lifecycle management.
- Experienced in the full Product Management lifecycle, with a strong grasp of business operations and product profitability.
- Skilled in stakeholder communication and influence, with in-depth knowledge of market concepts and rules and organisational processes.
- Project/change management experience in tech projects
- Familiar with systems, products, and contracting procedures, including SLA development and management
- Strong commercial, organisational, and time management skills with attention to detail
