What the Job Involves
The role involves overseeing the Leasehold and Income Service to ensure efficient, customer-focused outcomes. You will lead the rent and service charge setting processes, including Member sign-off and resident engagement. Managing relationships with elected Members, senior managers, and external stakeholders is key, requiring you to respond effectively to enquiries, and produce detailed reports and briefing notes. You will drive service delivery improvements by actively seeking customer feedback and maintaining a commitment to equality and diversity. Additionally, ensuring compliance with social housing legislation, regulation, and consumer standards is essential in delivering exceptional services for residents. The position requires regular on-site attendance on a weekly basis as part of the hybrid working model, based in Victoria, London.
