Job Description

Candela develops products for the global aesthetic market. These products begin as concepts developed by Candela’s world-class team of scientists and engineers or as acquired or licensed technologies that Candela then completes the development and/or commercialization of. These programs are supported by Candela’s global clinical, regulatory, and quality teams and are managed through our Product Development Process (PDP) and Quality Management System (QMS).


The Company’s headquarters are in Marlborough, Massachusetts, U.S., with and additional R&D facility in Yokneam, Israel and commercial locations across Asia Pacific, and Europe.Products are sold direct in 18 countries worldwide and through distributors in over 60 others and are supported by field service, clinical education, marketing development organizations and distributorship arrangements.


The Territory Sales Manager sells full Medical Aesthetic Division product line of Candela lasers to physicians, clinics and or other laser users in assigned area (Greater Manchester/Liverpool area). Candidates must reside in the area.


Scope

  • Manage his/her assigned territory. Home-based develop strategy to enhance Candela’s business in the region.
  • Identify KOL, acquire new customers, manage existing business
  • Launch new products
  • Achieve the sales quota
  • Segment the market and define key customers.
  • Work out a yearly business and marketing plan


Adaptation to the sales Policy

  • Implement the sales policy in his/her territory
  • Present all Candela products in a professional, knowledgeable, and sincere manner.
  • Interact professionally with physicians, allied health care personnel and/or other lasers users.
  • Pay attention to the competitor’s actions, reporting information relating to them and the rest of the market.


Forecast sales tool

  • Use the forecast (CRM) tool to analyze and follow customer´s portfolio
  • Work closely with the Key Market Managers EMEA to determine the priority of the sales requirements
  • Put all sales reports into the sales tool.


Execution of the business

  • Responsible of his/her customer´s calls.
  • He/she will manage customer talks.
  • Work closely with the Key Market Managers EMEA to decide the benefits and specific efforts to retain our customers and to develop quarterly forecast objectives.
  • Analyze and monitor the benefits of his/her actions.
  • Manage his/her budget.
  • Submits weekly reports, expense reports, quarterly reports and forecasts updates in a timely manner.
  • Support clinical efforts when necessary or practical.
  • Be capable of performing clinical in-service on all products.
  • Follow up of all company’s generated leads.
  • Represent Candela at workshops, tradeshows, conferences and conventions.
  • Manage all workshop logistics and agenda.


Customer satisfaction/customer loyalty

  • Inform to the customers about existing and new Candela products.
  • Offer Candela´s policy of services.
  • Ensures our relationship with customer thrives.


Adaptation to the Marketing Policy

  • Suggest events organization with Marketing.
  • Proposes attendees for congresses (national or international)


Relation with other departments

  • Interacts with other departments to collect and share information about our customers.


Reporting

  • Reports all significant data into the sales tool SalesForce.


Execution indicators

  • Follow the main sales indicators: revenues of the sector, market share, revenues versus Budget, qualitative developments of the individual goals.


Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years medical sales experience, with quota and top-10% performance.
  • At least 1-year experience in Aesthetics industry.
  • Desire to sell capital equipment with a market Leader, with top compensation.


Educational Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree or higher preferred, or equivalent proven experience in the medical/aesthetic devices sector.
  • Native English speaker or full professional proficiency in English language required.
