Role: IT Systems Support Engineer (Educational sector)
Location: Tetbury, Gloucestershire
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Hours: Mon - Fri - 8:30 am - 5:30pm
Profile
My client is a leading provider of independent education in the UK.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a IT Systems Support Engineer to their IT team where you will be based at a very well respected school in Gloucestershire.
Working closely with the Network Manager you will be working at a 2nd line level whilst also getting involved with some exciting project work.
To be considered for this position it is essential you can drive as on occasion you will be needed to support schools in other areas.
Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain new and existing IT Infrastructure
1st/2nd Line support
IT Project Support
Assist with maintaining proper licencing for software
Work closely with Network Manager to implement roll outs and upgradesEssential Skills
PC hardware with experience of diagnosing problems
Office 365
Basic understanding of networking
MAC & Windows experience
