This company operates on high quality houses, conversions, renovations and extensions with the residential and domestic sector. They want to continue a steady pace of work offering quality with a 'right first time' approach to their customers. This company is looking for an Estimator who knows their way around project life-cycles and construction.
Your Role As An Estimator Will Include:
* Project Estimator
* Property Inspections
* Scoping Projects
* Liaising with Contractors, Suppliers, and Utility Providers
* Hybrid Role
The Successful Estimator Will Have:
* Experience with Traditional Buildings - Both Residential and Domestic
* Experience as a Estimator - Domestic / Residential experience
* Clean Driving Licence
