The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to join our thriving MFL department. The successful candidate will teach Spanish and French across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially Key Stage 5. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a well-established team that values collaboration, creativity, and innovation in language teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in Spanish and French.
Foster a passion for language learning, cultural awareness, and internationalism among students.
Support students in achieving their full academic potential, including preparation for GCSEs and A-levels (where applicable).
Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and school-wide events.
Contribute to extracurricular activities, such as language clubs, exchange programs, or cultural trips.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Modern Languages or related discipline).
Experience teaching Spanish and French across different age groups.
A genuine passion for education and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A commitment to continuous professional development and upholding the values of the school.
