Job Description

Role: Business Analyst (French-speaking)

Project: Loan documentation review

Industry: Banking (Treasury & liquidity)

Location: London (hybrid/remote)

Rate: £500/d inside IR35

Contract: 6 months initial (multi-year scope)

X4 Technology are partnered with a global banking client who are offering the opportunity for a French-speaking Business Analyst to join their team on a long-term contract basis. In response to regulatory legislation, our client is kicking off a high-profile project to review, optimise and transform their global portfolio of loans - with the end goal of understanding what sections of their portfolio can be reasonably pledged given some of the constraints they need to abide by in individual contractual agreements.

Responsibilities of the Contract Business Analyst (French-speaking)

This is a full end-to-end project, starting with identifying and documenting the existing loan portfolio by each legal entity of the organisation - both standard loan contracts and bespoke loan contracts. It will then move into full execution including creating a portfolio for prioritisation, confirming storage solution, extracting selected loan contracts, determining eligibility to pre-position, triaging bespoke contracts and finalising portfolios for external counsel.

Requirements of the Contract Business Analyst (French-speaking)

  • Business Analysis experience within banking
  • Specific experience working on legal aspects of loan documentation
  • Solid liquidity and credit knowledge
  • French-speaking (business-level)

The client are looking to line up interviews on W/C 11th November so please apply online for immediate consideration
