Position Overview:

My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Corporate Finance Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their London office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in Corporate Finance whether in their training contract or in their first years of PQE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of corporate finance matters, including but not limited to equity capital markets, debt capital markets, M&A, and corporate advisory work.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in relation to issuing bonds, AIM listing, Initial IPOs,
• Prepare and draft legal documents and ancillary documents
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm’s profile in the Corporate sector.

Qualifications + Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 1-year of post-qualification experience in Corporate Law.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.
• Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
