Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor required for a top consultancy

Navartis is working with a Top UK Consultancy who operate in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure sectors and work on many prestigious major projects across the UK.

You would join their team as a Quantity Surveyor in their South Wales office in Cardiff and work on some large infrastructure projects.

They have worked on numerous major civils projects around the UK and have some prestigious projects around the Wales area that they are currently working on.

Experience required:

• Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Sector background.
• 4 years + experience in Quantity Surveying
• NEC 3 / NEC 4 Contract experience
• Strong time management
• Excellent communication skills
• Degree (Desirable)

Duties include:

• Reporting to and Assisting the Commercial Lead,
• Managing all commercials of allocated project or projects
• Dealing with and working alongside the Main Contractor
• Contract Management
• Month End reporting
• Applying NEC Contract
• Valuations & Final Accounts
• Reporting & Forecasts

My client is also open to hearing from Quantity Surveyor's who are looking for their next step up to Senior Quantity Surveyor level.

Hybrid working - 2 days working from home

£40,000 to £50,000 depending on your experience level
