Business Analyst

BA / Consultant - Must be able to speak English plus one of the following languages - Italian, German, French, or Spanish

Fully remote – UK

Outside IR35 – Circa £400 per day

Initial engagement is 4 weeks – Extension highly likely

Our client has an immediate need for Business Analysts / Consultants with experience in Insurance, ideally with expertise in Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims, or ReInsurance. This engagement is focused on a major Commercial Insurance client across Italy, Germany, France, Spain, and the UK, aiming to map, re-design, and create process blueprints for various key insurance functions.

In Phase 1, the successful candidates will support in delivering a strategic plan and proposal for

process mapping, re-design, and blueprinting, ultimately setting the foundation for digital and

automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive process mapping, analysis, and re-design for underwriting,

policy administration, claims, and reinsurance functions.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand current processes, identify

inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that align with best practices in the

insurance industry.

• Develop detailed process blueprints that document redesigned workflows, key process

steps, and performance metrics.

• Work alongside a multi-country team to provide insights and recommendations tailored

to each market's regulatory and business environment.

• Facilitate workshops and discussions in Italian, German, French, or Spanish as required

to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Future Opportunities:

Successful consultants may have the opportunity to contribute to a subsequent phase,

assisting in the implementation of digital and automation solutions identified during the

blueprinting process.
