That’s why we’re looking for a passionate and tech-savvy Technical Support & Data Engineer to join our team and help drive the success of our Works Order Management Solution (Causeway).
Your Role
As a Technical Support & Data Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our Works Order Systems Support Team, helping our internal teams and contractors navigate the Causeway CPA Works Order Management System. Think of yourself as a problem-solving wizard, helping resolve technical challenges and making sure the system runs like a well-oiled machine. Whether it’s troubleshooting, training, or documentation, you’ll be providing crucial support that ensures smooth operations across our contracts.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Solve Problems, Make an Impact: Provide top-tier third-line technical support for the Causeway Application Suite, resolving issues and answering queries quickly and efficiently.
- Configuration & Customization: Focus on configuring client systems to seamlessly integrate with the CPA system, while documenting setup and any contract-specific customizations.
- Collaborative Troubleshooting: Work closely with our contract teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to system setup, functionality, and integrations.
- Guide & Empower: Offer clear, actionable instructions to our teams on how to best use, set up, and maintain the system, ensuring they get the most out of the Causeway platform.
- Track & Document: Keep a meticulous record of all support cases, maintaining accurate logs of solutions and actions taken.
- Create Knowledge Resources: Contribute to creating guides, training materials, and knowledge base articles to empower our teams and contractors to self-solve.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tech advancements, and updates to the Causeway system to continually sharpen your expertise.
- Manage Change & Configuration: Handle the configuration, testing, and deployment of changes to the Causeway system, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Build Relationships: Be a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors, helping them navigate challenges and delivering solutions with confidence.
What We’re Looking For:
- A tech-savvy individual with a strong understanding of Works Order Management Systems or ERP systems (bonus points if you’re familiar with Causeway CPA!).
- Solid experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and supporting complex systems, with a knack for solving technical problems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to break down problems and offer clear solutions.
- Excellent communication skills — you can explain complex tech concepts in simple terms for non-technical users.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Excel (advanced skills), and stakeholder management is a must.
- Experience or certification in Works Order Management or ERP systems is a bonus!
