We are a growing agency looking for an experienced Producer to join our team at MOREVER for a 5-month contract.
We are a Brighton-based creative agency specialising in Film, Motion Graphics and Animation.
We work with some of the UK’s best loved and highest profile charities, humanitarian and international development organisations, as well as innovative and ethical story-led brands.
We work with people and organisations that are driven to do work for good and with purpose.
The ideal candidate loves being busy and is solution orientated. This position reports into our Managing Director, but will involve working with different members of the team. We need someone who is a safe pair of hands and an exceptional Producer who ideally has experience of creating content with people who have lived experience.
We are looking for candidates with strong organisational skills who can project manage a creative project from kick-off meeting to delivery. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of managing multiple creative projects at any one time, particularly video projects - arranging film shoots and ensuring projects are run on time and on budget. Experience of using project management tools is essential. Ideally, we are looking for a minimum of 3 years experience.
We are looking for someone to start asap, you will need to be at our central Brighton studio two/three times a week.

Responsibilities:
Participating in creative ideation sessions.
Contributing to pitch decks.
Collating and formatting treatment decks to be shared with clients.
Planning and organising film (video and stills) shoots.
Booking & coordinating/managing crew.
Finding, organising & booking locations, props, wardrobe and kit.
Arranging castings, helping with cast selection, booking.
Creating call sheets and ensuring everyone gets to the shoot on time and with ease.
Managing the expenditure, working to set budgetary ratios for the type of work undertaken.
Skills & Experience:
Numerate and highly computer literate.
Positive relationship building.
Budgeting.
Scheduling.
Excellent attention to detail.
Great interpersonal skills.
Ability to write and communicate clearly and deliver concise instructions.
Green screen and CG production experience would be an advantage.
Experience with G Suite, project management software and Gantt charts etc is preferable but not essential.
