Position: Front of House Coordinator
Location: Kingston Upon Thames - Within a John Lewis Store
Salary: £28,000 + Bonus
Full Time: Please note you need to be available to work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
Position Overview:
As a Front of House (FOH) Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You will play a vital role in maintaining an atmosphere of professionalism and luxury, providing exceptional customer service while managing reception duties.
A key aspect of this role is having a solid understanding of skincare, including knowledge of the brands we work with like SkinCeuticals, in order to assist with client inquiries. A knowledge of body treatments is an added plus, helping to guide and inform clients about our full range of services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Care & Reception:
- Welcome and check in clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed.
- Manage appointment bookings and schedules, both in person and over the phone.
- Handle client inquiries regarding skincare and body treatments, providing knowledgeable answers and guiding them through treatment options.
- Maintain an organized and professional front desk area.
Product Knowledge & Recommendations:
- Provide clients with information about skincare brands, especially SkinCeuticals, and other premium lines.
- Assist clients in choosing appropriate skincare products and treatments based on their needs.
- Stay updated on new treatments, products, and skincare trends to provide expert advice.
Clinic Operations Support:
- Assist practitioners in preparing treatment rooms and ensure the clinic maintains the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Process payments, manage client records, and assist with follow-up appointments.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the beauty, aesthetics, or luxury service industry.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, with experience or knowledge of brands such as SkinCeuticals, and others.
- Knowledge of body treatments and aesthetic procedures is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality service and care to clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using appointment booking software and Microsoft Office.
