Lettings Negotiator

We have an exciting role for a Nottingham based Lettings agency who are looking to grow their team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Lettings Negotiator who has knowledge of the Nottingham Lettings Market.

This role would be perfect for someone looking to expand their current career and portfolio. Benefits include flexible working patter, early finish on Fridays, casual dress, and no weekend work!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deal with the lettings market within the Nottingham area
• Arrange and conducting viewings with applicants
• Negotiate and closing deals directly with landlords and prospective tenants
• Respond to telephone and website leads quickly and efficiently
• Use in house software and following set procedures
• Keep in regular contact with potential clients, updating records accordingly
• Deal with general enquiries
• Applicant management

Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Lettings Negotiator (Student or Residential)
• UK Drivers license with access to a vehicle
• Able to work individually and within a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Organisedand able to prioritise workload

Vacancy Summary

Hours: Full Time, Monday-Thursday 10am - 6pm, Friday 10am - 4pm

Salary: Up to c£26,000 per annum D.O.E. + Commission (OTE C£31,000)

Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

Job Type: Permanent
