Our Client

A rapidly expanding collective of B Corp Certified companies specialising in creative content production for luxury clients. Known for their strong commitment to social responsibility, they are on an exciting growth trajectory and aim to maintain a culture that celebrates creativity, inclusivity, and collaboration.


The Role

  • Lead the development and implementation of people strategy, including talent acquisition and performance development.
  • Champion a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Oversee HR compliance, including TUPE regulations, as the company acquires new talent and businesses.
  • Work closely with the CEO and key business stakeholders, embedding best practices and ensuring consistency across international locations.


The Successful Candidate

  • Experienced in HR / People leadership, ideally within a high-growth, creative, or international environment.
  • Knowledgeable in HR compliance, with TUPE experience highly desirable.
  • Passionate about building an inclusive, people-centric workplace with a proactive, approachable leadership style.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly within a non-corporate, creative setting.
