Senior HR Operations Manager

My client a leading international law firm based in stunning offices in the City of London, are looking for a Senior HR Operations Manager to join their wider HR Operations team on a permanent basis. A broad and exciting opportunity for a HR Operations expert with solid HR Systems experience.

The Senior HR Operations Manager will report directly to the Associate Director for HR Operations and will be responsible for providing specialist expertise to manage and develop services across the HR function specifically around the HR Systems, Workday and ServiceNow offering.

The key duties will include:

• Collaborating with HR teams to understand requirements, prioritise the program backlog, and ensure timely delivery of features
• Driving ServiceNow adoption within HR and across the Firm, making it the central point for all HR services and activities
• Reporting progress to senior leadership, provide regular updates, and communicate risks
• Assisting with integrating ServiceNow with Workday to streamline processes, increase automation, and improve data accuracy
• Managing the HR Service Catalogue and Knowledge Base, ensuring they are current, and provide training to promote ServiceNow adoption
• Project management
• Stakeholder engagement

The Senior HR Operations Manager must have excellent knowledge of HR Systems, including ServiceNow and Workday, have HR processes and internal consulting skills, strong problem solving and decision making experience, good relationship management skills and communication. Excellent written and verbal communication, able to listen, adapt and influence, as well as sound HR practice knowledge.
