Head of Sales - Estate Agency

Our client, a renowned name in the Scottish Property market are looking to add an experienced Sales Manager for their Aberdeen office.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the Aberdeen or Scottish markets as you will play a crucial role in this office. Our client, has a fantastic presences across the Aberdeen market and is looking for you to experience running and managing a Sales Team, driving new business opportunities and working closely with Senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties
• Manage Sales Team
• Develop New Business Opportunities
• Be able to build rapport with Sellers on Valuations
• Work towards Sales targets with Senior Management
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the property industry, with a strong track record in a Sales Manager role.
• Knowledge of the Aberdeen or Scottish property market.
• Excellent management, business and interpersonal skills.
  
  

This is a fantastic opportunity with closely within a growing team and to work for one of the highest regarded names in Property. This role will be paying upto a £50k Basic Salary + Bonus.
