Job Description

OVERALL FUNCTION OF THE ROLE

  • Data input and reconciliation both in spreadsheets and Dynamics 365
  • Purchase order receipt and purchase order creation and amendments where necessary
  • Tracking inventory receipts and inventory pulls/usage
  • Logging of all receipts of inventory and sales of inventory in the control sheet and Dynamics 365
  • Invoicing and monitoring of all incoming payments from customers
  • Input of payments into online banking systems


KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum 2 years office experience
  • Intermediate excel skills a minimum, (including creating and using a variety of Excel formulae and functions).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work as part of a small but busy team
  • Experience of Dynamics-365 advantageous but not essential
