Operations Analyst – Process Improvement, Clearing – Contract (Inside IR35)

Operations Analyst is required to join a growing financial services organisation to work on enhancements to operational processes and non-BAU activity. The role is based in London (hybrid working) and is a PAYE contract role offering a rate of up to £500 per day.

Working with a Clearing Operations Manager, this person will provide key support surrounding non-BAU and change focus initiatives. This will involve enhancing various longstanding processes, looking for automation and enhanced productivity. The role requires someone with between 5-10 years experience in operations, preferably with financial market infrastructure or wider derivative trading businesses. Experience with SWIFT messaging is very highly desirable.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience with operations teams.
• Experience facilitating change and improving process.
• Experience with SWIFT.
• Experience with post trade or derivative trading.
