Key Responsibilities
- Manage and influence complex project work-scopes
- Deliver projects under CDM
- Utilize advanced project management techniques across multi-functional organizations
- Understand engineering, design, procurement, safety case, construction and installation/commissioning management and commercial contracting
- Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and CDM regulations
- Use reporting tools covering estimating, scheduling, programming, reports and risk analysis & earned value tools
- Manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle, across a range of complex multi-discipline projects/environments, and the effective & supportive management of an integrated project team
- Cultivate stakeholder relationships at all levels
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Advanced project management techniques across multi-functional organisations.
- Promote and maintain effective & positive communications with all stakeholders.
- To drive forward, manage and influence complex project work-scopes. Monitor progress of the programme against milestones, budget and deadlines.
- Undertake contract activities supported by the Commercial Manager to include claims, variations & technical queries.
- In-depth understanding and knowledge of project management, financial/commercial management and change management. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Promotion & adherence to HSEQ policies and procedures.
Qualifications / Accreditations
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- APMP formal project management qualification or equivalent
- BPSS/CTC Cleared or ability to achieve this
