We are working with a privately owned developer based in West London, reporting into the Land Director you will tasked with sourcing and acquiring land.

The company is going through a period of expansion and they are looking to recruit a land buyer to assist in the identification and processing of new sites.

Ideally you will be degree qualified and working for a house builder or development consultancy and want to make the move client side where you can develop your career at a faster pace.

Key requirements

• Degree qualified and ideally property related.
• Experienced and background of working for house builder, development consultancy.
• Understanding of how to source and buy residential land sites.
• Driven and motivated to develop career at a fast pace.
